Video - Managing Social Media and what people think. TripAdvisor, Facebook, Twitter et al

My staring role at work as we educated hotels on how best to manage the online world of guest reviews, opinions and feedback. The affect of these channels like Twitter, Facebook, Tripadvisor and other booking channels with review capabilities on business especially hotels is immense. Hotels are gaining bookings and also losing them with positive or negative reviw respectively.

There's a whole world out there.
